I'm based in San Francisco Bay Area and spend my time pursuing  design ideas and inventions, photography, and software development, and if I have time playing squash and riding my BMW 1250 GSA. I began my career as an advertising and commercial photographer before transitioning to enterprise software which led to product marketing. I've authored several photography imaging patents, co-founded two early computer-photography companies, and most recently founded Modern Pictorialism, a style of photography influenced by the earlier Pictorialist movement made famous by photographers such as Alfred Stieglitz,  Imogen Cunningham, Robert Demachy, and many others.
